When it comes to exercise, we think about how to get fit. But often, starting out is not the problem. The big problem is maintaining it. Staying active is paramount for healthy living. It can be difficult to motivate ourselves sometimes. Therefore try not to push yourself in the beginning, working out 15-20 minutes is enough as long your consistent.
3. Get enough sleep
Sleep is an important biological function that is essential for life. While we sleep many important functions take place that help the body in physical recovery and repair, support brain development, cardiac function and body metabolism, as well as support learning, improving memory and mood.
4. Drink your water
Water is an essential part of a healthy balanced diet because the body relies on it to function properly. Between 50% and 80% of the human body is made up of water. All the body’s chemical processes take place in water. We need water for digestion, to absorb nutrients, to help us move, get rid of waste products and to regulate our body temperature.
